About Phones
1. About seal box /original firmware
if you want to have original firmware version with sealed box , please leave us message on your order page, we can keep the original firmware to you, but the phone will no google play store , no multi-languages. if you don’t leave us message of it , we will send you international firmware version as default ; we will open sealed box to install the international firmware;but the language maybe not full translations ;it is normal,We can’t accept dispute for the language difference.if you update the system or flash the firmware on the phone and cause the problem on the phone, we will not take responsibility to it; so we don’t suggest the user to update the system or flash the firmware on the phone if not neccessories;
2. About the storage
the storage cannot be 100% full due to the phone’s Apps take some storage from it, which is normal, for example, the phone has 16 GB ROM, but it shows about 14gb only; it’s less than specification data. We can’t accept dispute for ROM / RAM data difference.
3. About the network
Please double check if the network works with your operator, we won’t take any responsibility after sending out the package, we don’t accept any dispute about network problems due to you did not check it well before purchase, any doubt please contact us before shipment, thanks; you can visit web to check your operator with link:click here>>>>
4. About the phone color
The official photos will be a little different from real products photos ,which caused by the different display of each computer, the pictures and objects will be slightly different, we don’t accept any dispute about such reason.
5. About Charger
Most phone will have original China type charger (same as USA),we will provide suitable regular adapter ( not brand original adapter) , which should be applicable in your country, according to our knowledge.
6. About free Silicone case
If you choose the option like : add silicone case, or add silicone case and silicone case , then we will provide suitable regular silicone soft case ( not brand original silicone case ), do not accept any compensation or dispute; if you don’t accept this clause, please leave us message before shipment , so we will not send it to you ;
7. About the Flip case
If you choose flip case option , then we will add you regular flip case , the color will be random, and the flip case is not smart one , it is normal one , for example , when your phone is called , it will not show any information about the calling . and we have several colors of flip case, we will send you any colors by ramdonly.
8. About add type c cable
if you choose add type c cable option , then we will add you a normal type c cable , ( not brand original type c cable)
9.About the earphone
the earphone may be in different colors , we will send you any colors according to the stock . and we have several colors of earphone, we will send you any colors by ramdonly. please note that if your phone is letv , and if you choose add earphone option ,the earphone will be 3.5mm jack one .
10.About Cutom Fees
We are not responsible for the client any custom fees. Once Again, We are not responsible for your custom fees. if can’t accept, please no order .
11. About the warranty
you will get 12 months warranty for your phone, but the warranty will not included the motherboard/battery/screen replacement, not included the phone accessories after 15 days used, for exmaple , if you used the charger for 15 days , and it gets broken, we will not agree to resend it or not agree any compensation for it. if you don’t agree this clause , please let me know before shipment
12.About NFC
the NFC will not supports android pay,only support transfer files ,if you can not accept it,please do not buy it,we will not accept any dispute of it
