New Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S
As leaked a few days ago, Xiaomi has presented in China its new Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S , an electric scooter that debuts with a completely renovated screen, a range of 30Km and a maximum speed of up to 25Km / h.
The new Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S has practically the same design as the Mijia Electric Scooter that we all already know. Its total size is 108x43x114cm , while when folded it does not exceed 108x43x49cm .
Its reinforced structure and 8.5-inch tires make its maximum load weight up to 100Kg . In addition, even with a lightweight design, it guarantees up to a total of 700Kg of static pressure when on the move
More powerful: 500W motor capable of climbing slopes of up to 14º inclination
Inside this new electric scooter we find a powerful brushless DC motor capable of generating a maximum power of 500W . This allows to reach a maximum speed of 25Km / h and even climb slopes of up to 14º of inclination .
In addition, the new Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S adds a new Eco mode that reduces its speed to 15 km / h, as well as an energy mode dedicated to sport that allows speed and other data to be displayed on the screen in real time, while offers all its power.
In combination, use is made of a high-power lithium battery capable of giving an autonomy of up to 30Km of distance traveled. A total of 5 hours and 30 minutes is necessary for its loading.
E-ABS anti-lock brakes with LED display
Another point where we can find a new improvement is in its LED screen . This allows up to six different types of visualizations and also can be controlled from the mobile application.
In turn, the Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S maintains its resistance to water and dust under IP54 certification , also having regenerative braking and stop, position and brake lights.
As a braking system we find a Dual system: a front wheel equipped with E-ABS anti-lock brakes and a rear wheel with a 120mm brake disc.
Price and availability
The price of this new Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S is only 1,999 yuan, about 261 euros to change. For now its sale will only be destined for the Chinese market although it is very likely that we will see it soon in the Mi Store and streets of Europe.
