1. About seal box /original firmware if you want to have original firmware version with sealed box , please leave us message on your order page, we can keep the original firmware to you, but the phone will no google play store , no multi-languages. if you don't leave us message of it , we will send you international firmware version as default ; we will open sealed box to install the international firmware;but the language maybe not full translations ;it is normal,We can't accept dispute for the language difference.if you update the system or flash the firmware on the phone and cause the problem on the phone, we will not take responsibility to it; so we don't suggest the user to update the system or flash the firmware on the phone if not neccessories; 2. About the storage the storage cannot be 100% full due to the phone’s Apps take some storage from it, which is normal, for example, the phone has 16 GB ROM, but it shows about 14gb only; it's less than specification data. We can't accept dispute for ROM / RAM data difference. 3. About the Flip case If you choose flip case option , then we will add you regular flip case , the color will be random, and the flip case is not smart one , it is normal one , for example , when your phone is called , it will not show any information about the calling . and we have several colors of flip case, we will send you any colors by ramdonly. 8. About add type c cable if you choose add type c cable option , then we will add you a normal type c cable , ( not brand original type c cable) 9.About the earphone the earphone may be in different colors , we will send you any colors according to the stock . and we have several colors of earphone, we will send you any colors by ramdonly. please note that if your phone is letv , and if you choose add earphone option ,the earphone will be 3.5mm jack one . 10.About Cutom Fees We are not responsible for the client any custom fees.
